The Easy Prep Guide will walk you and your guests through everything you need to set up your SPA x HOME. We use simple, totally natural kitchen essentials like honey and olive oil, and integrate your personal favs into the Spa itinerary. (No DIY skills required.)

What’s included in the SPA x HOME itinerary?

How long does the SPA x HOME last?
The guided portion lasts 1 hour. We book 1 hour and 15 minutes on your calendars to give you and your guests time to chit-chat, sing happy birthday if you’re so inclined, and get ready to get your spa on!
How much lead time do I need before my Birthday Spa?
Once we’ve received all the necessary details we can send your guests calendar invites within 24 hours. Booking 1 - 2 weeks in advance of your spa date is ideal. Minimum 3 days advance lead time is required. This gives your guests time to prepare—and builds anticipation for you party!
Is there a “box of stuff”?
No. We are not a “box of stuff” type of party. You don’t need one! Most of the things you need for your SPA x HOME, like honey and olive oil, are already inside your kitchen! And we also integrate your personal skincare favs into the Spa itinerary. You and your guests will get an Easy Prep Guide that will walk you through everything you need to set up your SPA x HOME. This keeps our experience sustainable, magical (you already have everything you need), and bookable with just 3-days lead time!
Do I need DIY skills or special training?
If you can imagine dipping your fingers into soft, warm, gooey honey and rubbing it all over your face, you’ve got all the skills you need.
Can I do the SPA x HOME with kids?
Yes! Our youngest guest so far has been 3 years old. She loved the guided meditation! Another guest was 10 years old. He was very into the hot towel treatment. Our oldest guest so far has been 89. Your grandma knows all about using honey and olive oil as beauty products, trust.
Can we do the SPA x HOME as a couple?
Yes! What a fabulous date! Take turns massaging each other’s pressure points ;)
How does this work without a live facilitator?
The SPA x HOME is not the type of thing where you’re supposed to sit and stare at the screen for an hour. That’s a work meeting. This a spa party. It's really your time. We encourage everyone to turn cameras off. The SPA x HOME guided video with step-by-step narration is created by a leading health-tech user experience designer to be extremely intuitive, so you can close your eyes, relax, and let go all the way as you and your guests are taken on an expertly guided self-care vacation tour.
